The Original Tyrolean Fire Ritual
The original Tyrolean Fire Ritual is the highlight at every celebration with friends. Whether you have already tried it in the Tyrol during your holidays, or celebrate it for the first time, with a Tyrolean fire ritual you will definitely score points.
It is so wonderfully easy to imitate:
- Have fireproof glasses and your favourite fire liqueur ready.
- Don't forget the matches.
- Fill the glasses to the brim with liqueur and light it with a match.
- This is the perfect time for shooting a photo. It looks fantastic.
Don't forget to blow out the fire!
Depending on your desired alcoholic volume sooner or later:
3 minutes fire in the glass results in an abv. of 45%
5 minutes fire in the glass results in an abv. of 42%
10 minute of fire in the glass results in an abv. of 33%
It is best to stir the liqueur with a small spoon and let the glasses cool down briefly.
